Aged under cork, this 2012 is perfectly ready today. The nose opens with notes of white fruit and pastries, followed by dried fruit. On the palate, the bubbles are microscopic and lively, while the wine seems mellow and full-bodied. A fine freshness for this great Champagne classic, which will delight us with sweetbreads, fine poultry or mature cheese.
