Gourmet Restaurant Good taste is a matter of sharing: the proof is in this quiet, well-kept restaurant at the beginning of rue de Sèze, where everything is well laid out, with method and know-how to set formulas at the right price and welcome choice: sausage cooked in red wine and honest pike quenelle in the €27 Market menu, scallop risotto in shellfish nage, veal T-bone with morel cream in the €34 upmarket proposal. Classic desserts in the same vein, with pear tatin or chocolate moelleux.
