Gourmet Restaurant The menu doesn't deviate totally from the codes of hotel catering, but this low-price offer is tempting with its €30 lunch menu, which offers a good choice in a contemporary vision of well-served cuisine: sardines with broccoli purée and anchovy and fried capers, rack of pork from Clavisy, reduced juice with barberry, chestnut and guanciale kale, orange gel cake with kalamansi and shiso... The place is pleasant, like a simple bistro with small square tables, while the evening menu is more ambitious, with the same trend and many associated ingredients.
