Part juice bar - energizing, detoxifying... (organic vegetable juices and aromatic plants are her specialty) - part healhy restaurant, Un brin sauvage happily adapts to all diets (gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian...). "My aim is to delight and surprise everyone," says the chef, who sprouts her own seeds. For today, she has prepared her famous donkey ear gratin (made with goosefoot: wild spinach), her golden milk and the basis for her personalized poké bowls: crudivore, local lamb and numerous variations that Ludivine accompanies with a ginger smoothie, kefir kombucha, etc. Offering round-the-clock service, much appreciated by customers, she also attracts their culinary curiosity every Sunday with her brunch, naturally stocked with healthy, tasty and hearty creations.
