A delightful address, housed in a former vaulted stable converted into a warm, traditional restaurant. Scampi bisque flambéed with cognac and light chive cream, steamed pollack steak, caramelized endive and turmeric emulsion, pineapple fantasy flambéed with rum, praline chocolate cracker and apricot sorbet... Smiling, helpful service, delightful rooms to enjoy the mountain air for longer.
