Gault&Millau's review 2026

A charming hotel-restaurant in the heart of the Queyras on the route des Grandes Alpes. The vaulted interior has a lovely mountain feel, with its large fireplace and country decor. The chef serves well-crafted regional recipes, as well as mountain specialties upon reservation. Good service.
