Gault&Millau's review 2025

Inaugurated on December 10, 2022, this brand-new address is located in the heart of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, the most confidential resort in the Three Valleys. The 25 rooms and suites have been designed in the spirit of the place, with beautiful combinations of local stone and wood, but all offer contemporary comfort, with flat-screen TVs and spacious bathrooms. Under the leadership of chef Giuseppe Ruggiero, the M Lodge's table is already attracting its first emulators, seduced not only by its top-flight Mediterranean gourmet cuisine, but also by the decoration of its spaces, such as the long marble counter in the bar or the sumptuous frame that caps the library in which the restaurant is nestled. Ideal for après-ski, the Valmont spa boasts a 16 m swimming corridor, sauna and 3 treatment rooms. Last but not least, the 2 luxurious chalets, each with 5 bedrooms, a spa with pool, a light-filled living-dining room, and the services of a chef and butler. Not to mention terraces offering 180° panoramic views of the peaks.
