The cuisine served is simple and made with quality products, particularly those from the grocery store: charcuterie, cheeses, pasta, olive oils... "My priority is taste and home-made products! That's why our menu is short, to focus on quality", Umberto emphasizes, before adding: "The suggestions, including Italian recipes revisited according to the Chef's inspirations, change every week". Such is the case with the famous carpaccio of bresaola with strawberries. For desserts, Umberto gives carte blanche to his mother, who makes pastries, cakes, brioches, tarts, entremets and tiramisus.
