The restaurant is quite discreet, at the very end of rue Bessières, but connoisseurs won't be afraid to venture so far away, to rediscover the elegance and freshness of this bistronomic table. The couple at the helm work in perfect synergy, advocating seasonal, short-cut cooking and a simplicity of style that in no way neglects technique. For €34, the plates have a nice strength, the pig's trotter like a carpaccio, the julienne fillet, cauliflower, potatoes and sauce vierge, a piece of pig, lentils, marinated red cabbage and beet sauce, a rice pudding with mimosa flower and cocoa sorbet.
