A versatile address in the heart of Montauban, where the whole town meets. With its different atmospheres (Segment wine bar, bistro and gourmet table), the restaurant is the place to be for every occasion, to have a drink and share small plates, to get together for a barbecue or, on the contrary, to enjoy more elegant cuisine. The plates are full of ideas: Condax ikejime trout in raviole and gravelax, ricotta, trout egg tarama and beurre blanc, roasted scallops and saffron-infused smoked Clos Ferrié seafood vol-au-vent, Mont Lagast pig fillet, carbonara-style agnolotti, Mangalitza ham crispy, egg yolk jam and strong jus. Menu €44.
