Gault&Millau's review 2026

An institution for over ten years now, this Constant-signed Bistrot still attracts its faithful to come and fill its large terrace in summer. In the kitchen, chef Christophe Marque continues the house's legacy with a fine bistronomic menu. Choose from a tasting menu at €60 or à la carte for a tasteful cuisine: crispy king prawns with citrus basil sauce, a magnificent grilled octopus à la brase with its squid ink and chorizo arroz, and to finish with a typical bistro dessert, a floating island with pink pralines that leans towards the sweet. A red-oriented wine list that can push up the bill. Efficient service, but lacking in proximity.
