On the Place Nationale, the location under the arcades is more than ideal, capturing both the flow of tourists and a loyal clientele who have made David Soulier's house their regular table. The chef is consolidating his position with a seasonal cuisine that is still gaining height, ideas well applied to a very competitive €27 menu, local produce and freshness, dressing and texture.
