Original Restaurant On Montauban's most beautiful square, there are countless wine bars and brasseries. This small, discreet and wise bistro counterbalances the offer with its calm and sincerity, providing a simple and effective lunch menu. The €27 menu includes a drink, either a local wine or a craft beer, and serves seasonal dishes that are well prepared, such as lentil velouté with chantilly and smoked bacon powder, fresh fish with Jerusalem artichokes and Burgundy garnish, and a generous blanquette de veau à l'ancienne. Very friendly service.
