Gault&Millau's review2025
North of Toulouse, nestled in a 6-hectare estate filled with orchards and forests, this purely natural refuge has been converted from a former seigniorial farm by Brigitte Durand and François Ludemann, who offer a warm, simple setting conducive to rejuvenation. Elegant and sober, the 12 rooms reflect this philosophy with natural materials and uncluttered furnishings. Down below, the gardens invite you to relax by the pool or take part in the activities on offer throughout the day: gentle physical practices in the morning (qi gong, stretching, yoga...) and mindfulness in the afternoon, with meditation sessions, massages and body treatments. Perfectly revitalized, all that's left to do is to join the large table d'hôtes to enjoy vegetarian cuisine featuring local, fresh, organic and seasonal produce.
