Gourmet Restaurant Sylvie and Daniel Phelizot's restaurant is a classic in the city of Tricasse, a well-kept, well-mannered downtown establishment where the chef combines Champagne and Provencal influences. The dishes are a fine example of the chef's savoir-faire, with marinated blue lobster salad with mango rougail, veal sweetbreads with chanterelle mushrooms and champagne sauce, veal from the Champagne plains, mashed potatoes and mustard jus, and apple tatin with Troyes sloe and hazelnuts. Menu €46.
