Selected In the land of wine, it's not surprising to find both supply and demand, which meet on the shelves of this charming wine shop-restaurant. It's not the first time the house has done business here, since a good quarter of a century has seen it improve, consolidating both its cellar and its clientele. The accompanying menu is full of timeless pleasures, including a charcuterie platter, heirloom tomatoes, parmesan sablé and tomato ice cream, andouillette 5A from Thierry's, a cochon fermier with thyme, purée and spring onion, and a baba verveine.
