Gault&Millau's review2026
It's one of those legendary houses in the Tarn region where families come to pay homage generation after generation! Founded in 1690, it has passed through many hands before coming into the hands of Jason Dupuy-Karrer, who is just as committed as his predecessors to passing on the estate. The 3* hotel has a timeless charm, a swimming pool for fine weather, and regional cuisine to suit all tastes. À la carte: plate of Lacaune ham, fillet of sea bass, pan-fried oyster mushrooms, onions and hazelnuts, tarragon sauce, venison steak, mashed potatoes with porcini mushrooms and truffle oil jus, a chou craquelin, chestnut mousse and candied orange, mandarin ice cream.
