It's a privilege to get along so well as brothers. Children of the ball, with their parents restaurateurs, Clément and Benjamin Bonano followed common or parallel paths to one day find themselves here, proud of their terroir and their origins (which they claim to be "Italo-Hispanic") and ready to offer the smiling, relaxed and gourmet dining that we love so much. Clément has the right interpretation, with a clear, down-to-earth cuisine, in a pretty contemporary setting where wood dominates, while Benjamin deploys the extensive menu of Languedoc treasures with the same gourmet flair. Hidden menus at €85 (lunch) and €125.
