In a small village a few kilometers from Castres, Sandrine and Marc have been running this discreet address for over twenty years, yet it has survived the years just fine, because it welcomes visitors with equal good humor, and always welcomes a loyal clientele, who appreciate the humility of the house and the savoir-faire of the chef.
