For twenty years, chef Jean-Pierre Blancard and his wife have successfully run this hotel-restaurant, demonstrating their unflagging renewal. Recently renovated, the place displays a remarkable modernity, with its large spaces, walls in powerful solid colors, open kitchen and ultra-minimalist decor. Right down to the hidden, fashionable menus, which allow the chef to express himself without constraint, and for us the pleasure of semi-gastronomic cuisine at comfortable prices, from €25 to €70.
