On the plate, local and seasonal products are used extensively in a unique menu offering two starters, two main courses and two desserts: crispy egg, Nice squash and farmhouse ossau-iraty, lean white meat from the Bay of Ajaccio, coconut and tomato, lemon and red fruit cream for a sequence that logically takes us to around €45.
