Gault&Millau's review 2026

Taken over in 2019 by Matthieu and Lise Vidal, brother and sister, this elegant house in the heart of a ten-hectare estate offers five delightful guest rooms and a restaurant with a delightful terrace opening onto the park and countryside. On the plate, local and seasonal products are used extensively in a unique menu offering two starters, two main courses and two desserts: crispy egg, Nice squash and farmhouse ossau-iraty, lean white meat from the Bay of Ajaccio, coconut and tomato, lemon and red fruit cream for a sequence that logically takes us to around €45.
