Sponsored Over the past few years, pizza lovers and flammekueches enthusiasts have made this address their gourmet haunt. The recipe for success? Fresh seasonal produce, homemade dishes and a friendly atmosphere orchestrated by manager and chef Jérôme Redzimski. At the oven and in the dining room, the young thirty-something puts his hand to the dough to create pizzas of the highest quality. On the menu are the unmissable Reine, Quatre Saisons and Salami... as well as some of the Chef's own creations, such as the Buffalo pizza with beef and the goat-honey pizza. Crisp, melt-in-the-mouth dough, quality products, perfect cooking... A real treat! Add to that pasta dishes worthy of a trattoria and a fine selection of flammekueches. Here, the Alsatian tarte flambée has pride of place, with the guest star being the Flamm' au munster and a forestière au gratin to die for. Desserts are all homemade and gourmet, like the delicious speculos tiramisù. In the cellar, a fine wine list featuring Pinot Noir alongside Merlot and a few bottles of Lambrusco.
