Gourmet Restaurant It's a truly unique place on the banks of the Rhône, imagined by Douchka and Ismaël Adam Drissi-Bakhkhat, an oyster farmer and tide merchant. It's a large, contemporary and intriguing counter, with its huge suspended whale, distorted chrome wall and vintage furniture, somewhere between a boat cabin and the café of Les Demoiselles de Rochefort. The place is a concept, part fishmonger's, part workshop, cannery, smokehouse and boutique, offering a complete sea tour, from product to plate. The ideas are fresh, the products are good and the execution follows: shellfish with cream and bottarga, swordfish bacon with mustard, fish & chips with gribiche sauce and roasted parsnip, bouillabaisse with blue lobster, smoked fish pot-au-feu, scallop boudin blanc, wild sea bass or monkfish Thai sausage. Sophisticated cellar with an eclectic selection.
