Gourmet Restaurant A meritorious bistro, fair in its prices and service, which this year accedes to the toque after ten years of presence. Thanks to an ever-interesting slate of classic Lyonnais dishes, which we came across during the Lumières, to good effect: ravioli salad, andouillette gratin with mustard, salmon pavé with canut brain sauce, rib-eye steak with Saint-Marcellin sauce.
