Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a valiant bistro a stone's throw from the river banks, wise and constant, offering for over ten years a renewed slate of good execution. The seasons lead the inspiration, a butternut velouté and Saint-Marcellin crisp, a risotto with oyster mushrooms, chanterelles and button mushrooms, beef bourguignon and roast potatoes... Good service.
