It's always a pleasure to return to the tables of this nursery of chefs, launched by Christian Têtedoie, and each year an opportunity to discover new talent. This time, the good ideas of Loris Bresson, trained at Christian Pilloud, and the service of Lenny Prat, a product of the Têtedoie and Aribert houses. The €28 lunch menu lives up to its promise, with good-quality dishes such as beet tartare, candied egg yolk and sorrel, squid and onion risotto, pork chop, parsnip and jus réduit, and citrus panna cotta. Very pleasant service.
