Gourmet Restaurant L'Arsenic, without the old lace, is on the contrary a table always at the cutting edge, with a young team regularly renewed. This "nursery of chefs", as Christian Têtedoie wanted it to be from the outset, often reserves good surprises. A confirmed chef's hat for this new season, with a mouth-watering menu for lunch and dinner: haddock treviso and citrus to start things off with a lovely acidic freshness, pike-perch broccoli en marinière or duck chestnut and kale, lemon fromage blanc and white beer to finish things off with a light touch. A well-tuned cellar, with a few sure values and a choice of Beaujolais and Rhône wines.
