Gault&Millau's review 2025

A village restaurant not far from the beautiful town hall, this charming house in a lovely vaulted setting is happy to play the regional card with Ardèche trout, Restanques snails and, of course, chestnuts. In his €32.80 menu, chef Bartek offers snails with parsley and garlic cream on toasted brioche, Ardèche duck breast with chestnut purée and honey and thyme sauce, and chestnut cream cake, served with efficiency and care by Stéphanie.
