Gourmet Restaurant Just ten minutes east of Aubenas, this pretty country house boasts a large terrace and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. It's a good place to stop off in the middle of summer, and enjoy a well-reproduced Ardèche menu. For €29, try the Ardèche trout rillettes with pink berries and citrus zest, the fish kebab and shrimp tails with coconut milk and Ventoux spelt, or the Mont Ribot rabbit leg confit with absinthe and country bacon. Classic desserts. Formulas up to €69.
