Gourmet Restaurant The chic brasserie style suits Théodore well, and in its elegant, festive setting it cultivates the art of entertaining, using quality products for a cuisine of respect and tradition: pâté en croûte with foie gras, croque monsieur with truffles, pike quenelle with lobster nage, veal liver à la lyonnaise. The atmosphere is perfectly maintained by Marco Chopin's teams, and the cellar, classic and serious, relies on its reference labels (Chapoutier, Cuilleron, Montez...). Good desserts from the repertoire (profiteroles Théodore, oeufs à la neige...)
