Sponsored In a warm setting with velvet banquettes, wood panelling and carpeting, Le Sporting welcomes you 7 days a week. Taken over in 2024 by Romuald Godinat, the establishment offers traditional French cuisine prepared with care by two chefs. At lunchtime, the €20 all-inclusive menu features traditional dishes such as cassoulet, boeuf bourguignon, blanquette and poulet basquaise. In the evening, the menu, renewed three times a year, features local Limousin produce. Main courses vary with the season: beef, duck breast, trout with almonds or lamb mouse. In winter, sweetbreads make a comeback. For a sweet finish, classic desserts include Poire Belle-Hélène, profiteroles, baba au rhum and pavlova. A selection of wines from France's great wine-growing regions perfectly complements the dishes. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails are also served. Le Sporting welcomes you in the morning for a coffee, and throughout the day for a crêpe, waffle or ice cream. All in a friendly atmosphere!
