Unquestionably one of the finest addresses in the region, led by owner and ultra-talented chef Gilles Dudognon. Here, you'll enjoy cuisine that revisits the riches of the terroir, and you'll quickly be seduced by the magic of this 14th-century estate, enriched by a 19th-century porcelain maker's house decorated with objets d'art from nearby antique shops. The 14 rooms (including 3 suites and a villa) exude the same refinement, with their waxed parquet floors, floral fabrics and large windows opening onto the 40-hectare park dotted with ponds and shaded by century-old trees, with the famous Chapelle Saint-Martin, a listed historic monument, at the entrance. A member of the Relais & Châteaux group, the establishment is also very committed to the environment, from rainwater harvesting to the creation of a permaculture vegetable garden.
