Chef's Restaurant It's a 3* hostellerie full of personality in the heart of the Périgord Vert, stunning with its baroque mix of colors and classically inspired furnishings. The ideas at the table express this same boldness, rich and well-executed, such as cep melba with cappuccino and cep ice cream, scallops, crab txangurro and rouille, artichoke trompe-l'oeil, smoked duck breast and cabécou ice cream, cod steak, asparagus, leek mosaic and asparagus cream, roulade of chicken supreme with morel mushrooms, ossobuco with porcini mushrooms, a flame of tiramisù and carambar tuile. Seasonal formula at €47.
