Gourmet Restaurant Right next to the Halles, this is a modern bistro like you'd expect to find in any gourmet town. A well-turned-out, tempting and well-translated menu, a well-turned-out lunch menu at €27, a quality of service worthy of the place for a result close to two toques: crepinette of cheek and pig's trotter with black truffle oyster mushroom texture chestnut purée with orange, lean pavement steak in combava leaf almond milk jam with Neuvic caviar squash and rutabaga gnocchi, olive oil madeleine citrus declension limoncello sorbet. Interesting, well-stocked cellar in southwestern Bordeaux.
