Gourmet Restaurant Behind its retro brasserie look, Martin comptoir reveals itself to be a truly modern bistro, with fresh reinterpretations of the classic repertoire. It's a fine, engaging moment, in this tasteful old-fashioned decor, where you can rediscover cream of peas with mint and pickled vegetables, fillet of sea bass lacquered with lime, sautéed rice with ginger, grapefruit and peanuts, braised veal tendron, green olives, gnocchi with black garlic and fresh herbs, an apple-rhubarb tarte tatin, pink praline and rhubarb ice cream. Cellar adapted.
