Gourmet Restaurant This large bourgeois house on an off-center avenue is also a family affair. Estelle, Didier's daughter, has joined this renowned table at the end of the alley, which the Palard family has been promoting for ages. The program is always mouth-watering, mixing bourgeois fundamentals with attention to detail in dressings, accompaniments and sauces, sometimes multiplying ingredients: sturgeon croquettes with Jerusalem artichoke cream and Brussels sprouts, poached pear with red wine sauce, Limousin flank steak with corn cream and chorizo, breaded sweet potato with seeds and salsify with chimichurri sauce, mont-blanc cream and chestnut cream with vanilla supreme whipped cream and mandarin sorbet, all part of a well-expressed €37.50 menu, itself drawn from an extensive à la carte menu. Pleasant bourgeois room opening onto the garden, classic cellar.
