Today, Stéphanie Cuq is at the helm of the restaurant, and her menu provides the genuine ambience of a traditional restaurant: veal head and tongue with gribiche sauce, terrine of cul-noir, vol au vent of snails with mushrooms, veal kidney with port wine.
