Remarkable Restaurant For many years now, this fine, classic-looking establishment has been home to the best table in the region. Philippe Zeiger is working in the right direction, maintaining his three toques through professionalism and rigor, accompanied by creativity. The setting, like the house, is comfortable and wise, in a new look full of elegance. Florence and Philippe know how to welcome a fine meal, and the chef is ready to please, with excellent local and coastal produce: spring-style farmhouse rabbit parsley, duck foie gras mousse, turbot fillet cooked au plat, full-bodied red wine sauce, diced beef marrow, farmhouse squab breast en croûte, cream of fava beans with bacon, full-bodied jus. Good hot williams soufflé, tiered menus with a €45 lunch option, extensive wine list.
