In a setting that's both bourgeois and traditional, Christian Pilloud and his wife Patricia have been welcoming a loyal and grateful clientele for more than thirty years, to a cuisine that, far from having become sleepy (the menu changes completely every month), keeps up with the times and the latest trends, while retaining that little touch of madness that the chef has always maintained. Nevertheless, you must try his foie gras (whose recipe he changes regularly) and his snails, not hesitate to pick a good bottle from a cellar that is both ferocious and wisely priced, and indulge in the good care of Patricia Pilloud, the perfect hostess.
