A delightful, sophisticated dining experience on the Lomont Plateau, distinguished by its grandeur and elegance—perfect for special occasions and family gatherings. Opened thirty years ago, the restaurant has established itself over the years as a true institution in the area, and diners return for Christian Pilloud’s inspired and modern cuisine. On the menu: snails from the Chazeaux farm, potato spaghetti all’amatriciana, royal pigeon cutlet with green cabbage and Sarawak pepper, pigeon in vin jaune, vegetable mirepoix, buttered cabbage, morels, and oak-growt lentils… Excellent wine selection.
