Chef's Restaurant Christian Pilloud has been giving visitors pleasure for almost thirty years, and he's not giving up! In this traditional bourgeois setting, you'll appreciate the comfort and security provided by a chef by trade, always attentive to changing trends, bringing modernity to dishes and combinations: tartelette with rillettes of crab and shrimp bouquet bio with Landes asparagus and Menton lemon purée, monkfish hazelnuts stuffed with piquillos, mogettes and bellota chorizo, dodine of Bresse poultry with morel mushrooms and carcass jus with yellow wine.A good Mon Plaisir formula at €75, with two starters and one main course, for a taste of the house essentials. A varied and inexpensive cellar, covering all regions, with a special focus on the Jura.
