This is Mulhouse's finest restaurant, and has been a must for almost twenty-five years, with great consistency. Jean-Michel Feger's Mediterranean cuisine is full of sunshine, with the rigor and technique needed to bring it to the top. We'll be back for the mackerel fillet in agrodolce, fennel, Chioggia beet and rhubarb, the ravioli with lobster, morels and green asparagus, Newburg sauce, the roast saddle of lamb with thyme flower, fevettes and romaine coulis, crispy polenta, Théo Kieffer pigeon supremes, peas, mountain speck, risotto with echalion confit in chianti, limoncello baba, bergamot sorbet and lemon mascarpone. Menus from €48 to €128.
