Chef's Restaurant A warm and inviting restaurant at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup vineyards. In an atmosphere of great conviviality, with a large rustic buffet and the kindness of the owner, the work of young chef Clément Briand-Seurat (ex Burgundy, Gilles Goujon...) attracts visitors from Montpellier and beyond. We're in for a treat right from the start, with a pâté croûte as an appetizer, followed by a variation on Brussels sprouts, a variation on Tarbouriech oysters, and a fine work on monkfish and carrots, demonstrating the full range of the chef's creativity in this 5-course menu for €48. Apple, cider and dill are well worked into the dessert, with yoghurt ice cream for a touch of milky sweetness. The wine cellar isn't huge, but it's well focused on the best estates in the appellation.
