Gault&Millau's review 2025

Lovers of well-being and nature swear by this beautiful address, a Relais & Châteaux member, just a few kilometers from Montpellier. Set in landscaped grounds, this 16th-century manor house offers the charm of 26 rooms and suites on three floors and outbuildings, all tastefully decorated with designer features, stone walls and exposed beams. Two restaurants are also available to guests: the gastronomic Marcelle, where chef Mathieu Gourreau celebrates local produce, and La Plage, by the pool, offering Mediterranean cuisine. Last but not least, a special mention must go to the villa nestled in the former forge, and the exceptional 2000 m2 spa with Jacuzzi, hammam, indoor pool and 8 cabins offering exceptional treatments.
