Gault&Millau's review 2025

Lovers of well-being and nature swear by this beautiful address, a Relais & Châteaux member, just a few kilometers from Montpellier. In the heart of a landscaped park, this XVIᵉ century manor house has undergone a 4,000 m² extension and now offers the charm of its 49 rooms and suites, spread over the three floors of the mansion and its outbuildings, as well as an independent villa in the former forge, all decorated with a very sure taste combining design elements, stone walls and exposed beams. Two restaurants are also available to guests: the gastronomic Marcelle, where chef Alexandre Caillaud celebrates local produce, and La Plage, by the pool, offering Mediterranean cuisine. Last but not least, the villa nestled in the old forge and the exceptional 2000 m2 spa with Jacuzzi, hammam, indoor pool and 8 cabins offering exceptional treatments.
