Exceptional Hotel On the outskirts of Montpellier, this beautiful 19th-century Relais & Châteaux has been beautifully restored, bringing the remarkable architecture up to date with contemporary, minimalist design. The rooms are beautiful and the facilities are state-of-the-art, for an experience as close to the present as possible, in absolute luxury (swimming pools, spa, fitness center, tennis court, body treatments, tastings...). Fine cuisine by Mathieu Gourreau, following the seasons and the market.
