Chef Thierry Marle, a graduate of the Maison de la Lozère, and his wife are on hand in the pleasant Arceaux district. They've added a terrace this year, and their menu is as varied as ever. Of course, you'll come for the charcoal-grilled meats, selected with passion and expertise. Everything here is simple: the location, the cuisine and the service.
