The house makes no secret of its ambitions, with a new chef arriving in February 2024. It's time for him to make his mark in this renowned establishment in the greater Montpellier suburbs. Access is easy, the welcome smiling, and the large number of regulars gives confidence. You'll appreciate the attention to detail, and the well-crafted cuisine, with flavors that need reinforcing: runny egg and corn puree, popcorn and grilled cob, supions in a slightly overpowering tomato sauce, roasted potatoes with garlic butter, thyme and seasonal vegetables, strawberries and pistachio mousse, a little short on fruit. Attentive service, good regional cellar, with pic saint loup nearby.
