A friendly spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, a delightful wine list for exploring the region's vineyards, and a cuisine that's generally appreciated for its simplicity (mayo egg, cockle risotto). A little less enthusiastic about some of the more elaborate dishes (the spider pork in sweet and sour sauce, a little too sweet), but quickly made up for by the general friendliness of the team, right up to the caramelized puff pastry with vanilla light cream, strawberry and herb pesto.
