Gourmet Restaurant On the outskirts of Montpellier, the chef of Le Cigory, transformed into a training and application center, has found a place to express himself, dedicated to numerous events and receptions. In this artist baroque decor, you'll find a contemporary cuisine in the same vein as in the past, a little cumulative and sympathetic: parsnip cream, snail croquettes, meat jus with sweet garlic and parsley, pistachio powder, sea bass fillet seared on the skin, saffron purée, bouillabaisse-style sauce, lemon and fresh clementine cream, orange blossom chantilly. Efficient service, extensive regional cellar.
