Gourmet Restaurant Honest work, a lot of sincerity and application: this table is one of the city's good spots, always consistent and with a solid chef's hat. In this pleasant patio with an open kitchen, the style doesn't change much and delights regulars and vacationers alike: marinated zucchini tagliatelle, smoked salmon rolls, hint of Greek yogurt with lime, snacked filet of st. Pierre, black garlic emulsion, corn galette, fine celery purée, a relatively ambitious and well-mastered composition, before the chocolate cream in the spirit of a millefeuille, celery confit with star anise and thyme, apple sorbet. Efficient service at a good pace, a cellar that's not very large, but coherent, with around ten wines by the glass.
