Gourmet Restaurant A fusion restaurant with Asian inspirations right down to the architecture, this address on the other side of the ramparts is a moment of travel and change of scenery, with an exotic charm that appeals and builds loyalty. In the midst of clean lines, bamboo and skilfully organized vegetation, chef David Blasco works on Mediterranean-Asian compositions, impeccably executed: tuna tataki, open ravioli and monkfish, banana pressé, always with the care of graphics that positively frame the memory.
