Gault&Millau's review 2025

There are many reasons to go to this Dauphin: to eat on the harbor, to watch the boats, to find fresh produce (the house is run by a family of fishermen), to be well served at an affordable price. No cheating, just sincerity with the salmon smoked on site, the monkfish tail with beurre blanc sauce and seasonal vegetables, the chocolate moelleux that could do without whipped cream. Short cellar, wine by the jug.
