Jérôme Billod-Morel runs one of the best restaurants in the area, and gourmets will go there with their eyes closed, for the perpetual good humor of the place and the chef's ever-renewed pleasures, which are discovered according to the seasons and surprise menus. Formulas range from €29 for lunch to €73 for six courses in the evening. The cellar follows suit (Château Peyrassol, Daumas Gassac, Roc des anges, François Villard, La Croix Chaptal...).
