A magnificent farmhouse in the Haut-Languedoc, in the heart of nature, with its pretty square courtyard, ideal for private receptions. Not just for guests, the cuisine is in keeping with the times, with a wide range of meats on offer, including red tuna tataki, peanut chicken supreme, whole duck breast, matured Galician rib-eye on the bone, and apricot confit and raspberry tartlet.
