Gault&Millau's review 2025

A friendly, well-placed venue with a lovely terrace. Tourists are delighted with the wide range of dishes on offer, from pizzas and exotic dishes to more traditional fare, and local producers, including winegrowers, are in demand. On the menu are tapas, "Assiettes folles" (a burger with fresh goat's cheese and organic mesclun), pizzas with a little bit of everything (the "Schubert" is with smoked salmon...) and tiramisu or Nutella mousse for dessert. Domaine Salle de Gour's IGP Cévennes is less than €20.
