Gault&Millau's review2026
South of the Cévennes, this charming inn run by Gilles Granier is a sure bet in the area, with its fine regional cuisine and cellar boasting some three hundred references, mostly from the Languedoc region. The dishes are traditional and appealing: a salad with poultry livers, gizzards and duck breast, lamb sweetbreads with lentins du chêne, or quail fillets with orange and cashew nuts. Friendly service.
