The €25 menu is ideal, with sweet onion and black pudding tartlet, guinea fowl supreme with orange sauce or spelt risotto, before a delicious dessert by chef Gilles Granier. Friendly service, interesting cellar from all over the Languedoc and beyond, with over 300 references, with a large place given over to local wines, Cévennes, Costières, and great bottles at attractive prices.
