Chef's Restaurant In the year of Jacques Le Divellec's death, our hearts go out to this mythical place where the great and the good of this country flocked to seize the ocean. Time has passed, and today's menu is more modern and straightforward, without in any way detracting from the quality of the arrivals: Boutrais oysters, sashimi and tartar insist on freshness, while the menu offers some fine moments of bourgeois marine cuisine: abalone and artichokes à la grenobloise, sole meunière, lobster ravioli with morels and vin jaune...
