Gault&Millau's review2026
The memory of the great Jacques le Divellec, who passed away in 2024 after fifty years as one of the greatest names in French cuisine, lives on today in a place that has seen the likes of all the great French statesmen and some foreign heads of state. It's no longer the time for the four "toques" of yesteryear, but for simpler, more accessible seafood cuisine (but still with impeccable product quality), such as squid in parsley sauce, tuna, sea bass and salmon sashimi, or grilled langoustines with tarragon.
